As the year draws to a close, our company has achieved remarkable success in several heating projects. A certain centralized heating project in Zhanhua, Binzhou, has completed the commissioning of its biomass gas boiler and is now in the preparation for operation stage. This boiler is of the SZS30-1.25/280-Q type, a dedicated biomass gas boiler, and the front-end gasification equipment is a new type of biomass full gasification furnace with independent intellectual property rights developed by Nanjing Forestry University.
This project is a biomass gasification comprehensive utilization project jointly carried out by our company and Nanlin University. It utilizes the abundant waste materials under the local winter jujube economic forest as the raw materials for biomass gasification. The pruned fruit tree branches, dead wood trunks, tree bark, and roots and other wastes collected and stored undergo gasification in the gasifier to produce low calorific value clean biomass gas. This gas is then fed into the dedicated biomass gas boiler for combustion and heat exchange, generating steam with the specified parameters to provide centralized heating for the heating area.
