20t/h biomass gas boiler has been delivered. This boiler is a 20t/h, 1.6MPa saturated steam boiler, and the fuel is biomass gasification gas. This biomass gas boiler is a reliable device that introduces the gasification gas from the biomass gasification equipment into the boiler for combustion and heat exchange to obtain steam. The boiler adopts a D-type layout, with the combustion chamber on the right side and the convection heating surface on the left side. Due to sufficient combustion space, the gas can be fully combusted. Two steel pipe energy-saving devices are arranged at the tail end for energy conservation, and they are assembled at the manufacturing plant. The maximum transportation size is within the railway transportation size limit. The water circulation of the boiler adopts a natural circulation mode.
The furnace and smoke barrier wall of this boiler adopt a membrane wall structure, which has good sealing performance, less air leakage, and high combustion efficiency. 3. Biomass fuel contains no sulfur or phosphorus and does not corrode the boiler. It can extend the service life of the boiler, benefiting the enterprise greatly.
4. Since biomass fuels contain no sulfur or phosphorus, they do not produce sulfur dioxide or phosphorus pentoxide during combustion, thus preventing the formation of acid rain, and they do not pollute the atmosphere or the environment.
5. Biomass fuel is clean and hygienic, easy to load, reduces the labor intensity of workers, significantly improves the working environment, and the enterprise will reduce the costs related to labor.
6. After the combustion of biomass fuel, very little ash residue is produced, significantly reducing the space required for storing coal ash and lowering the cost of ash removal.
