The complete set of equipment for two 25-ton-per-hour incinerators that burn powdered biomass fuel, which was signed with the Pakistani customers by our company, has begun to be delivered.
This boiler is of the SHW25-1.25/230-T type, which is a biomass powder-fired boiler. The steam parameters are 1.25 MPa and 230℃. The fuel is
100% loose biomass + poultry waste from NCV + coal mixed fuel. Based on the characteristics of the fuel, our company has carried out targeted special design. Comprehensive considerations were given in terms of thermal calculation, furnace type selection, auxiliary equipment configuration, etc. And based on our company's previous product experience, this boiler is determined to have a reciprocating grate layer combustion structure.
The furnace type is a dissipative structure, installed on-site. This is another EPC project of our company in Pakistan.
