The 58MW high-efficiency and low-emission pulverized coal boiler heating project for Dongcheng District of Feicheng, which was constructed by our company, was successfully ignited for the first time on December 5, 2020 and put into formal operation. This project is another typical example of our company's high-efficiency and low-emission pulverized coal boilers in the field of public heating. The project content includes the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and commissioning of the boiler and its internal supporting auxiliary equipment and pipelines, the coal powder storage and supply and combustion system, the smoke gas treatment system including dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification, and the electrical control system. Currently, the commissioning has been successfully completed. During the commissioning period, all operating conditions were good, and the boiler load exceeded the design value by a large margin. At one point, it reached a running value of 66MW when the flue gas temperature was lower than the design value at full load, demonstrating the excellent performance design and overload capacity of our company's products, and receiving favorable comments from the users. After the official operation, under the guidance of our company's commissioning personnel, the boiler is now operating stably at around 100% load.
The thermal efficiency of this boiler can reach 90-92%, and the complete combustion rate of the fuel is over 98%. This meets the current national policy trend of clean and efficient utilization of coal. After the smoke gas treatment measures such as dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification, the emission values of various pollutants can be controlled within the ultra-low emission standards of dust ≤ 5mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide ≤ 35mg/Nm3, and nitrogen oxides ≤ 50mg/Nm3, meeting the environmental protection requirements of ultra-low emissions.
