Domestic waste incineration boiler

It is widely applied in urban domestic waste treatment, waste incineration power generation, waste incineration in the paper industry, general solid waste treatment, forming of biomass pellets/blocks, straw residue, wood chips, tree bark, waste paper, palm shell fiber processing, etc. The products are distributed in the domestic market and the markets of South Asia and Southeast Asia.

When the waste is hazardous waste, for the harmful components, the combustion temperature in the incinerator chamber is controlled at 1100℃, and the residence time of the fuel in the incinerator chamber is not less than 2 - 3 seconds to ensure that the harmful components are fully pyrolyzed and eliminate environmental hazards. In the tail gas treatment process, the components of odorous gases such as dioxins produced by incineration are also considered, and physical adsorption devices are set up to remove the odors.
