The boiler is a single-tube horizontal type, forced circulation water pipe circulating fluidized bed boiler, which adopts a single furnace, forced circulation, suspension structure, and all steel frame π-type layout. The boiler is open above the operating floor, closed below the operating floor, and a concrete platform is set at the 8m elevation of the operating floor and 5.2m of the operating floor. The furnace adopts membrane water-cooled wall suspension structure, two high-temperature adiabatic cyclones are arranged at the furnace outlet, two-stage economizers are arranged in the tail shaft flue, and SCR denitrification installation positions are reserved between the two-stage economizers. Three sets of air preheaters for primary and secondary air are arranged below the economizer.
This boiler adopts advanced circulating fluidized bed combustion technology of Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This hot water boiler is used for large-scale centralized heating. The 4 sets of 70MW boilers in this project are mainly used for the heating project of the people's livelihood in Dongying District, Dongying City, which belongs to the large-scale heating project sponsored by Shandong Provincial Supervision and Dongying City.
