The delivery of the boiler components for the second phase of the 50t/h three-waste treatment boiler project has been completed. This boiler system is mainly applied in the process of waste gas incineration treatment in the formaldehyde chemical industry. The designed fuel is formaldehyde process waste gas, mainly consisting of N2, H2, CO2, water, CH4, CO, etc., which has the characteristics of low calorific value and strong environmental pollution. The rated output of this boiler is 50t/h, and the steam parameters are 5.3MPa and 485℃. After the system is in operation, it can effectively treat formaldehyde waste gas, turning it into a resource, and also solves the pain points of users regarding waste gas treatment.
